Ozone is more attractive than chemicals for room dis-infection because it has a much broader spectrum of disinfection than chemicals, which usually disinfect for specific bacteria.

Disinfecting with ozone leads to shelf life extension and control of environmental pathogens, which leads to the lowest possible bacteria count on finished product to make it last as long as possible.

The Ozone International room disinfection application works similarily in all markets. Ozone gas is pumped into a room where fruit, seafood, poultry or other fresh food is stored. It then disinfects rooms, walls, air handlers and bins for pathogens. The pathogens that ozone kills differ for each type of fruit or other food product.
